Every child deserves the chance to grow in a safe and nurturing environment. SPARSH’s Child Protection and Education programs safeguard children from exploitation and provide educational opportunities to those in marginalized communities. Our efforts focus on preventing abuse, trafficking, and child marriage, while advocating for policies that protect children’s rights.
SPARSH partners with local authorities, schools, and social services to create safe environments for children. This program offers legal and emotional support, training community members to recognize and report abuse, and setting up protection networks within villages.
Padhega Bharat To
Badhega Bharat
This initiative works within underserved regions to establish educational centers, distribute learning materials, and provide scholarships. We empower young minds, ensuring that children have the resources and support needed to reach their full potential.
Empowering women economically and socially is a powerful tool for community transformation. Our programs provide women with the resources, training, and financial tools to become independent and improve their families’ quality of life. Our work promotes economic resilience while fostering social agency among women.
Through these groups, women gain access to financial training and micro-loans, helping them start small businesses, save collectively, and support each other. Each SHG is a community network, encouraging entrepreneurship and shared success.
Reusable Cloth
Sanitary Pad Project
This program empowers women by training them to make reusable sanitary pads, both as a livelihood opportunity and as a way to address menstrual health in their communities. Women learn valuable skills while creating affordable, eco-friendly menstrual products.
Health and sanitation are cornerstones of community well-being. SPARSH’s health programs educate communities on essential health practices and provide resources for maintaining hygiene. From reproductive health to clean water access, our initiatives are designed to empower individuals with knowledge, tools, and support to lead healthier lives.
SPARSH runs workshops that address critical topics such as family planning, maternal health, and adolescent health. Our health workers train community leaders, women’s groups, and youth to spread awareness and practice safe health measures.
Menstrual Hygiene Management
This program equips women and girls with sustainable menstrual health products and education. By raising awareness and normalizing discussions on menstrual health, we help improve health outcomes and quality of life for women.
Agriculture sustains rural communities, and SPARSH’s initiatives focus on sustainable practices that protect the environment and boost local economies. Through training, resource sharing, and hands-on support, we work with farmers to promote practices that improve soil health, conserve water, and increase food security.
This program enables households to grow vegetables in their own gardens, providing fresh produce for family consumption and reducing dependency on market-bought food. It improves nutrition while contributing to food security.
Watershed Development and Training
SPARSH trains farmers in water management, soil conservation, and sustainable crop rotation. These techniques help communities combat drought, maintain fertile land, and increase crop yield sustainably.
When disaster strikes, SPARSH provides critical support to families, helping them recover and rebuild. Our disaster relief programs offer immediate aid and long-term support for recovery, focusing on essential needs like food, shelter, and healthcare. Whether it’s a natural disaster or a crisis like COVID-19, SPARSH is dedicated to helping families regain stability.
During the pandemic, SPARSH delivered essential supplies to thousands of families, offered health services, and supported small businesses impacted by the crisis.
Flood and Crisis Relief Efforts
In the face of regional floods, SPARSH mobilized teams to provide emergency food, shelter materials, and recovery assistance, ensuring that affected families had the resources they needed to rebuild.
